Need
Schedule your party and reserve your date with a non-refundable $50 deposit.
We'll send you a waiver to share with your guests, then email us your approximate guest count.
Pay the remaining balance at the end of the party (gratuity not included).
Every guest gets a discounted $20 "Birthday Special" trial. Plus, for each guest who enrolls through that trial during your party, you'll receive a $20 gift certificate — usable toward merchandise, tuition, testing, or in-school events.

Questions
How do I book a party?
Call the dojang at (914) 243-3000. Parties are scheduled around our class timetable, so the earlier you call the more dates we can offer you.
Do the guests need martial arts experience?
None at all. Everything is taught on the day, from scratch, the same way we introduce any beginner — just at party pace.
How many children can come?
Up to 16 kids are included in the party. After 16, there is a fee of $20 per additional child. The birthday child is always complimentary.
What do we need to bring?
Have the cake ready (note: cakes baked in a pan can't be cut with our sword), plus paper plates, utensils, cups, candles, and napkins. Bring big bags to carry the gifts. Optional: an icebox with ice for drinks, adult non-alcoholic refreshments, and goody bags.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have a private lot that is easily accessible for our students and parents, which makes party drop-off and pickup straightforward.
